Within one year of documented purchase, should you encounter a defective product, simply fill out the product help request form and our customer care specialist will contact you immediately to begin an in-kind replacement. We only require you to send the defective product (thoroughly laundered of course). Also within one year of documented purchase, you can return any unused DinkleDooz that is still in the original packaging, simply fill out the product help request form.

Any refund requests must come with documented purchase and product must be in unused condition in original packaging.

Any defective product return requests must first be authorized by a DinkleDooz customer care specialist. After authorization, you will be asked to mail the defective product (in a thoroughly laundered state) with the original purchase documentation to DinkleDooz LLC.
